WHAT DO FUNERAL DIRECTORS DO?

Funeral directors are both administrators and carers. In the course of their administrative responsibilities, they arrange for the body's transportation, complete all required documentation, and carry out the family's decisions about the funeral and the body's eventual disposition. Funeral directors provide care by being supportive, counselors, and listeners. They have knowledge of helping the bereaved deal with loss. Funeral directors are taught to respond to inquiries about loss, spot when a person is struggling, and provide referrals to specialists. Funeral directors can also help survivors find local or at-home support groups.

" Unfortunately our family recently had a death in the family. This place for some reason even though I sent a copy of the deceased I D the program still miss spelled the name not to mention the other typos through out the entire program. I am offended by these actions and would not recommend this place! How can you honor a misspelled name as a final impression of someone you love or care for. Where is the attention to datail. I find this very disrespectful! Don't allow them to fool you. I will never choose this place again!"
